How to Relieve Stress & Anxiety.

I have found 6 ways on how to relieve stress and anxiety. But you can actually find a lot more. Below are a few which i think is kinda effective in short term method.

1. Exercise- Work it out guys!! Go to the gym or jog and let your body juices flowing out. It helps your body to get rid of the adrenaline and produce endorphins.
2. Yoga- Register for a Yoga class and meet new friends.
3. Body Massage- My Favourite. Will be better for hard massage.
4. Laugh it Off- Seldom using this method nowadays.
5. Stretching- Kinda effective.
6. Take a Break- Yeahhhhh..... come on, time to sleep or take a nap for a while.
